Talon was forced to leave his home world of Verces at a young age due to his abilities in magic. The Strix are typically deeply distrustful of magic but are natural technophiles. Talon began working on various type of machines (Roboticist – +1 Int) to earn a living on various star ships and planets shortly after leaving his home world. Shortly after joining the crew of The Dreamcatcher at age 12 the ship was lost in in the drift and reappeared in The Lost Verdancy. He began to focus his time on technical items rather than magic, but as he reached maturity his powers fully manifested. He joined the Argent Lance as a bomber pilot until being elevated to the Sword.
