He is half-human and half-alien, though the alien half is only known by him and the medical records.
Bio:
Punctilius served his term in the Lance before going on to serve in the Sword.
He retired honourably after receiving a series of wounds that required large amounts of cybernetic reconstruction.
Using his status as a Knight Lieutenant and his wellspring of charisma, Punctilius became a counselor among the Argent Bastion before eventually being elected to the position of Voice of the Argent.
He is three years into his third term.
